Wow! Nigella’s Herb-spiked yoghurt and couscous is a perfect accompaniment to all sorts of dishes. It would be perfect alongside a tagine or homemade curry instead of rice.

Couscous has become increasingly popular in recent years and has become a common replacement for rice and pasta. It’s incredibly easy to cook and happily soaks up any flavour you can throw at it.

The Greek yoghurt in Nigella’s recipe has been taken to another level by adding a good measure of spices including fresh mint, fresh coriander, garlic and chilli. Everything is chopped up and mixed into the yoghurt, so simple.

Nigella adds her herb-spike yoghurt and couscous as a side dish to her lemon marinated chicken to create a very pleasing meal.
