  • Be sure to take 5 days preparing your sourdough starter, it will be worth it!
  • Let your dough prove for a good 2-3 hours, it takes longer than a yeast based bread.
  • Place some ice cubes or water in a tin in the bottom of your oven to create steam, it will help to create a good crust.
